Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and what warranty do you offer?

A: Our MOQ is one set – that's 1 unit. Even for fully customized models, we're happy to produce just one unit for you. As for warranty, we typically offer 1 to 3 years on major components, depending on your project requirements and the level of customization – we handle that flexibly and discuss terms case by case. For larger orders, we also include extra spare parts to help keep your operation running without downtime.
